We know that this is very difficult to do in this ever-changing healthcare environment. CFPSM has delivered primary care for well over fifteen years with these principles being paramount in our approach. CFPSM offers medical care, the "old fashioned way"... where the important focus is a strong patient-doctor relationship.

Case Family Practice and Sports Medicine is a Direct Primary Care practice. It’s a unique approach to healthcare and our patients love it. So, how are we different?
Did you know that most Primary Care Providers have between 2,500-3,500 patients? We limit our practice to under 1,000 patients total. That means that your doctor spends more time with you when you need it. The appointment time allotted is 30minutes per encounter although more time can be requested. This far exceeds the nationwide average appointment time in the traditional family practice setting: A RIDICULOUS 7.5MINUTES!!!
We do not bill any insurance plans whatsoever, so you won’t have a middle-man in your primary care. Decisions about your healthcare will be made by you and your doctor without the impersonal management that comes from third-party payers. Instead, patients pay a monthly membership fee which can save money and covers excellent treatment.
DPC GIVES: Forget scheduling appointments weeks in advance. Typically you'll get a same day or next-day appointment - and it'll be free. No copays or deductible payments. This is the DPC WAY.
DPC GIVES: Multiple methods of communication - email, text, telephonic, in-person...You're part of our family, the DPC WAY
DPC ALLOWS FOR: We've negotiated wholesale rates on medication , lab tests and other ancillary services and we pass all those savings straight to you. This is especially important when a patient is faced with a high health insurance deductible requirement that needs to be satisfied before insurance benefits "kick in". This is the DPC WAY.
Our fees are simple and transparent, as they should be. No hidden fees or complex invoicing. You'll know exactly what you're paying and exactly what you're getting.
