Dr. Case hails from a large family of eight siblings. He grew up on a farm in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. Medicine, you may say is synonymous with the Case family. It includes three surgeons, one family practitioner, two nurses, and one physician assistant (PA)
Following medical school and internship, Dr. Case practiced primary care as a United States Army flight surgeon. His medical journey then took him to family practice residency training and fellowship training at Christiana Care Health System in Newark, Delaware.
He opened Case Family Practice and Sports Medicine in April 2003 and has thoroughly enjoyed providing primary care to the Middletown community for over 18 years.
His interests include biking, hiking, kayaking, collecting rock ‘n’ roll music, and of course, rooting for his two favorite professional sports teams, the Philadelphia Eagles and Philadelphia Flyers.
Monica Murone – Assistant Administrator / Receptionist
Monica has been with Case Family Practice and Sports Medicine for over 15 years, representing the practice as the friendly voice on the phone, along with warmly greeting patients at the front desk.
Originally from western Pennsylvania she has been a Delaware resident since 1990, and Middletown resident for over 18 years.
Her previous experience includes employment at multiple imaging centers in Delaware and Maryland, human resources in the banking and school service industries, along with administrative involvement in non-profit / human service organizations.
She is always ready and willing to help our patients in any way possible.
Andrea has been with Case Family Practice for over 8 years. She began her career in the healthcare industry at an
optometry practice. She brings with her years of experience, friendliness, and professionalism.
Andrea and her family live in Townsend. A life long resident of the MOT area, she loves the small town feel of the growing community.
Always willing to help, Andrea enjoys working with our patients in any way she can.
